本日もブログへの訪問ありがとうございます、Myfit（マイフィット）トレーナーの福岡です。
10/9(土)に
と題しまして、グループトレーニングの体験会を行いました。
今回は総勢12名の方にご参加いただきました(^-^)
今回のトレーニング内容は、女性の方から「引き締めたい！」とご要望の多い「脚」「二の腕」のトレーニングを行いました(^-^)
当店のグループトレーニングは「有酸素運動」と「筋トレ」で構成されていますので、もちろん両種目を体験していただきました♪
そして、折角、当店までお越しいただいたからには、50分のトレーニングを終えた時に
汗だくになる！！！！！！！！！
ことは、僕と参加者さまの「トレーニング目標」とさせていただきました（半ば強制的に・・・(;^_^A））。
★9:00-10:00グループ★
当店の会員様、Yさんのバレエ仲間の参加者が中心でした。
日頃、バレエに通われているだけあって、トレーニングフォームもバッチリ！
当店でのトレーニングは初めてとは思えないほど、きれいなフォームでトレーニングに取り組まれていました！
★11:00-12:00グループ★
現会員様を中心に、当店のご利用が初めての方2名にご参会いただきました☆
日頃、運動していない方もいらっしゃいましたが、一生懸命トレーニングに取り組み今回のトレーニング目標である「汗だくになる」は余裕で達成されていました(^-^)
皆さま、フォームもバッチリでしたよ！
両グループ共にトレーニング目標である「汗だくになる」はしっかりと達成されていました(^-^)
一緒にトレーニングに取り組む仲間がいるからこそ、今回のトレーニング目標は達成できたのだと思います！
素晴らしい！！
今回は、1周年を記念しまして
より多くの方にマイフィットのグループトレーニングを知っていただきたい！！
という勝手な想いから、このような催し物を開催させていただきました。
当店のグループトレーニングの雰囲気や特徴が、参加者の皆様に感じていただくことができれば福岡は大満足です。
そして、2年目には、オープン時に掲げた
「トレーニング指導を通して、地域の皆様の健康のサポートする」
という想いに少しでも近づけるよう精進します。
今回の感謝祭にご参加いただきました皆さまには、この場を借りて感謝申し上げます。
